Oh Craps is a simulation of the casino game of craps, for entertainment only. It offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money, prizes, or anything of value. In-game chips and results have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or redeemed. Success at simulated gambling does not imply success at real gambling.
License
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. The app, its artwork, audio, and code remain the property of the developer.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app. The dice are honest, but they are still dice.
